Product proof of Purchase must be submitted at the time of claiming warranty order email confirmation, purchase invoice copy, Warranty card if provided or delivery challan. a. Warranty Duration and Coverage

• 5-Year Warranty: Certain products, such as [Sofas, Wooden Cushions, Recliners], come with a 5-year warranty against defects in Wooden frame, Foam Cushion and workmanship. This warranty covers repairs or replacements needed due to manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. • 3-Year Warranty: Products such as [Dinning Chair, Dinning Table, Ottaman] come with a 3-year warranty against defects in Wooden Frame, SS Frame, Foam Cushion and workmanship. This warranty provides repair or replacement services for qualifying issues that occur under normal use.
• 1-Year Warranty: Some items, like [Pillows, Coccxy tail bone cushion, other support cushions], carry a 1-year warranty. This limited warranty covers repairs or replacement for manufacturing defects that arise within the first year of ownership under regular use conditions.

Service Limitations: Please note that the warranty includes service for one occurrence during the 5-year period for One parts. For any repairs required, the following fixed labour charges will apply:

• Manual Recliners: A fixed labour charge of ₹1500 will be applicable for any repairs related to manual recliners.
• Motorized Recliners: For motorized recliners, a fixed labour charge of ₹3,000 will apply due to the complexity of the electric components.
