- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or call.

Warranty:

- 5 years warranty for the seat and back foams.
No Physical damage warranty Please refer to our Warranty Policy.
This limited warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
- Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight).
- No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.
- No Warranty for the frame broken due to overweight seating.
5-year warranty on PU moulded foam, applicable only if sagging exceeds 2 inches during the warranty period.
- Buyer Should contact us before sending or claiming for warranty.
- Buyer Should courier the old sagged PU Moulded foam to get the replacement.
