Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

   • All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays
   • Estimated Delivery time for custom made sofa is 12 to 15 Working Days. 
   • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or call.

2. Shipping Rates 

   • No Shipping Charges for Sofa delivery within Chennai. 
   • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

   • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s).

4. Damages

   • Please take an unpacking video at the time of your product delivery for proof of damage in transit. without proof of video, we cannot accept your damage claim. 
   • Our delivery agent will take a video of the product at the time of delivery to ensure the damage or future damage claims.  
   • Please verify the damages and check the product at the time of delivery before signing the delivery acknowledgment. 

5. No Return Policy

   No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
   • All sales are final for custom-made Products like sofas, mattresses, armchairs, dining tables, dining chairs, and lounge chairs. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
   • Please ensure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase.

Warranty:

• Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty: Information about the Limited warranty provided by the manufacturer.
• 3 Years warranty for the Wooden Frame.
• 5 years warranty for the seat and back foams.

No Physical damage warranty Please refer to our Warranty Policy. 

This limited warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
• Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight).
• No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.
• No Warranty for the frame broken due to overweight seating.
